Register your card at any of our venues or scan the QR code at the back of the card and input your details.
Present your Rewards Card prior to paying for any food or drinks at any of our five venues and your points will be added to your account.

on all food and drinks at any of our five venues.
The more points you collect, the greater your reward. Once you reach 500 points, you can redeem them for £5 off your next purchase, with your reward increasing as your points balance grows.
From £5 at 500 points to £100 at 10,000 points, there’s always more to look forward to – and your rewards can be used across our participating Southern Ayr venues.

What is the Southern Ayr Loyalty Card?
The Southern Ayr Loyalty Card is our way of rewarding you for choosing our venues. Collect points on eligible purchases and use them towards rewards as money off your next visit.
Where can I use my Southern Ayr Loyalty Card?
Your card can be used at all of our five Southern Ayr venues on food and drinks (not applicable to accommodation).
How do I register my card?
Register your card at either one of our five venues or scan the QR code at the back of the card and input your details.
How do I earn points?
Present your Southern Ayr Rewards Card when paying for an food or drinks. Points will then be added to your account. For every £1 spent, you will earn 5 points.
Can I earn points on accommodation?
No. Southern Ayr Loyalty points do not apply to accommodation. It’s on food and drinks only.
Can I earn points after I’ve paid?
The card needs to be presented before the transaction is completed, and points can’t be added retrospectively.
How do I check my point balance?
Scan the QR code at the back of your Loyalty Card and click on ‘Check Balance’.
What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, please report it to info@southernayr.com as soon as possible. You can get a replacement card and your old points will be transferred to your new card.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your Rewards Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. This means you have one year to enjoy and redeem your Rewards Points before they expire.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are linked to your Loyalty Card/account and cannot be transferred to another person.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
No. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
